Original Watercolor and Mixed Media "To leave or to stay" 36X24

To leave or to stay – this is the question every Lebanese asks themselves at least once in their life. In their mind, there is always a possible way out, a departing train, a plane to an unknown destination... But perhaps, in the end, they will stay, despite the difficult ends of the month, despite the collapsing roof, the house is always ready to welcome a passing guest, the coffee is steaming: Ahlan Wa Sahlan (welcome)! My home is your home. Starting from a watercolor, I used symbols and collages to tell this story.

• watercolor is painted on 300 gr paper.
• comes with a passepartout made with a Kantha silk in hues of brown and a glass ready to be framed. We do not replace the glass if broken during transportation eventhough we pack very carefully. The glass can be easily replaced at low cost.
