Shipping policy

Most of the items on this website are shipped via “La Poste” in France with Colissimo. It takes between 1 and 5 days, depending on the country.

Returns and refunds:  

We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding shipping) on items returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
* Watercolor reproductions, items made to order and all items on sale are not refundable.
* Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged products purchased directly from [beyt]. Proof of purchase is required.
* For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five days of delivery with pictures of the damaged packaging box or item, in order to receive a refund/exchange. Email us at bm@2bdesign.biz to organize the return.

Note : Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be variations and imperfections in some items, these are not considered product defects.

Depending on the situation, we may propose an alternative solution that would serve both the customer and [beyt], that would be quicker, more efficient and satisfying-in lieu of a refund.

Once the refund is approved and processed, it is important to note that from the time we initiate the refund and depending on your credit card issuer and your bank, it may take several business days before you are credited.
